Helping people find a place to serve others should be a core part of every discipleship path – just like Bible teaching and small groups. Serving is a vital part of spiritual formation. Yet many churches still struggle to engage their people in this key area. In this workshop, we’ll talk about how to create clear pathways to move people into volunteer roles and, ultimately, into robust leadership development.
