Andy’s personal vision is to see churches be laser-focused on the unique vision God has given them and unencumbered to pursue it. He holds a unique perspective having been part of staff teams ranging from 2 to 280, and has walked through multiple leadership models – all of which have given him an experienced perspective on the growth challenges that churches face at various phases of their journey. He has served on and led various teams at LCBC over the last 23 years, including Worship Arts, Executive, Strategic Leadership, Central Ministry, Expansion, and currently The Advantage

Andy and his wife Terry are originally from Texas and currently reside in Lititz, PA. They enjoy family time connecting with their son Ethan & his wife Linsey in Massachusetts, and their daughter Avry & her husband Mark in Lititz.
